Due to the personal nature of jewelry and hygiene considerations, Charmed Love does not accept general returns or exchanges.

Earrings — Strictly Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are strictly final. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except as described below.

No Returns or Exchanges For:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Wrong item ordered by the customer
• Sizing preference
• Worn, used, or previously tried merchandise
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or if we send an incorrect item, please contact Charmed Love promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, Charmed Love will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
