Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Charmed Love is not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact Charmed Love promptly and we will do our best to assist you.

Charmed Love is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Charmed Love is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
